Q: We will be arriving at about 9am in Lax and wud like to know if we will be put up at a hotel in Anaheim and are there shops and eateries nearby. Will u be able to confirm name of hotel. Also we are party of 7 adults and wud like to know if 3 people can share a room and will the tour price the same for individual or discounted. The others are couples (2 in a room). Also we prefer twin beds. Can this be arranged ?

Hotel information will be provided to you on your e-ticket, after we receive your online booking, process it, and confirm it for you. Hotels in Anaheim will have shops and restaurants nearby and may offer shuttle service to shopping centers. You are welcome to have 1 triple room and 2 double rooms for your party of 7. You will pay for 6 passenger's fares as for the Triple room, you will only pay for the first 2 passengers with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer. Each room will have 2 double beds (full/queen sized).

Q: I will be taking this tour from your Pick up location Best Western Executive, 18880 Gale Ave, Rowland Heights , CA 91748. Will i be dropped back at the same spot after returning from the tour. How do i know the bus when it arrives at the pick-up point. What will be written on the bus or will the tour guide look for us if we are just around close to the place. We are family with kids. Q: I am doing a three week tour in the USA & have a full day free in Las Vegas on Independence day 4th July, can you tell me what time the 4 hour Celebration Grand Canyon tour starts & finishes as we have tickets for a dinner show in the evening & want to know if we have time to fit this tour in, we will be staying at the Tropicana Hotel would we have the Hotel pickup included in this tour or not. Also if for some reason this tour got cancelled due to weather conditions on the day, would I get a full refund as I would not be in Las Vegas long enough to take the tour another day, I also would be booking this tour from my end in the UK. When booking, please let us know what time your dinner show is, so that we can arrange for your flight to drop you off back at your hotel before then. This tour has hotel pick up and drop off and is approximately 4 hours from hotel to hotel.If the tour is cancelled due to weather, we will refund you a 100% of tour costs for this tour.

As this is a group guided tour, you will not be able to defer your return date. Each bus has pre-booked passengers and will not allow additional passengers to board the bus to use as a shuttle service.

When you're on the tour, simply let the tour guide know that you want to join the Helicopter & Cruise Combo, which is $179.00 /person. We usually stay at the Canyon for 2-3 hours and West Rim is as popular as the South Rim.
