Q: I am doing a three week tour in the USA & have a full day free in Las Vegas on Independence day 4th July, can you tell me what time the 4 hour Celebration Grand Canyon tour starts & finishes as we have tickets for a dinner show in the evening & want to know if we have time to fit this tour in, we will be staying at the Tropicana Hotel would we have the Hotel pickup included in this tour or not. Also if for some reason this tour got cancelled due to weather conditions on the day, would I get a full refund as I would not be in Las Vegas long enough to take the tour another day, I also would be booking this tour from my end in the UK. I await your response. Regards Helen.

When booking, please let us know what time your dinner show is, so that we can arrange for your flight to drop you off back at your hotel before then. This tour has hotel pick up and drop off and is approximately 4 hours from hotel to hotel.If the tour is cancelled due to weather, we will refund you a 100% of tour costs for this tour.

As this is a group guided tour, you will not be able to defer your return date. Each bus has pre-booked passengers and will not allow additional passengers to board the bus to use as a shuttle service.

When you're on the tour, simply let the tour guide know that you want to join the Helicopter & Cruise Combo, which is $179.00 /person. We usually stay at the Canyon for 2-3 hours and West Rim is as popular as the South Rim.

But when I want to choose the hotel for staying late, the selection is only Comfort Inn Cockatoo LAX. The hotel upgrade is only for the overnight stays in Los Angeles. There will be 2 nights available on this tour to upgrade. If you plan to extend your stay, please comment this request when booking, so that we can provide hotel extension options to you. Tour drop off will be only at the LAX airport and select hotels extension options that you book with us. We do not provide drop off at hotels you book on your own.
